Privacy Policy

The short version

Arctrn does not sell your personal data. This is a content site — we don't ask you to create an account, and we don't run an email list from this site yet. When we add one, this page will say so and you'll always opt in.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) records standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — to serve the site and protect against abuse.
• Analytics (when enabled). If we turn on privacy-respecting analytics, it measures aggregate traffic. We'll list the provider here when it's live.
• No accounts, no email capture on this site at present. If you email us, we only use your message to reply.

Affiliate links & cookies

Some links here are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). When you click one, the partner (e.g. Booking, Viator, Airalo) may set a cookie to credit a resulting booking to us. That cookie and any data it collects are governed by that company's privacy policy, not ours.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of any sale of personal data — which, to be clear, we don't do.
